1 1/2 ounce gin
1 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce Creme de Casis.

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass Garnish with a lemon twist


Negroni

1 ounce gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a orange slice. (Also Known As: Camparinete)


Rosita

1 ounce Tequila
1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
1/2 ounce Campari

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.


Mexican Milk Shake

Tequila
Milk
Grenadine

Fill shot glass with 3/4 shot of tequila top off with milk and add a slash of grenadine.


Margarita

1.5 ounces tequila
0.5 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce lime juice

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Optional: You can prepare the cocktail glasss by moistening the rim with lime juice, and then dipping it into coarse salt.


Guadalajara

2 ounces Tequila
1 ounce Dry Vermouth
1/2 ounce Benedictine

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist.


Frostbite

1 ounce tequila
3/4 ounce white creme de cacao
3/4 ounce cream

Shake hard with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.


Diablo

1 1/2 ounces tequila
3/4 ounce creme de cassis
1/2 ounce lime juice
ginger ale

Shake tequila, cassis, and lime juice with ice. Strain into a collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wheel.


Hot Buttered Rum (batter mix)

2 oz. rum
1 lbs Brown Sugar
1/4 lbs butter
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and strir together until well blended and creamy In a pre-heated coffee mug, drop in 1 heaping teaspoon of the above batter. Add 2 ounces of Rum. Top with Hot Water. Stir well. Garnish with grated nutmeg, or dash of cinnamon.


White Peach Bellini

3/4 of a pint glass of ice
2 1/2 ounces Sho Chiku Bai extra dry sake
1 ounce white peach puree
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Champagne
Raspberry garnish

Add ingredients to blender; blend until consistency is smooth. Garnish martini glass rim in sugar. Pour ingredients into glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with a raspberry.


Old Cuban

3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 1/2 ounce rum (Bacardi 8 Anejo)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
6 mint leaves
2 ounces champagne (Veuve Clicquot)

Muddle lime juice, syrup, mint in a mixing glass. Add rum, bitters, ice, and shake well. Strain into cocktail glass, and top with champagne. Garnish with sugar-coated vanilla bean. Created by: Audrey Saunders (2002)

3/5 Chilled Champagne
2/5 Orange juice

Pour orange juice into a champagne flute, then add champagne


Kir Royale

5 ounces champagne
1/4 ounce creme de cassis

Fill flute with champagne and add then add the Creme de Cassis. Garnish with a lemon twist.


French 75

1/4 ounce gin
1/4 ounce Cointreau
1/4 ounce lemon juice
5 ounces chilled champagne

Shake gin, Cointreau, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne


Death in the Afternoon

1 ounce pastis (Pernod, or other absinthe substitute)
5 ounces chilled champagne

Pour pastis into a champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
