Guavapolitan

1 oz Skyy Vodka 1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec 1oz Guava juice Squeeze of lime Shake in cocktail shaker and serve up in a chilled glass. As served at the Bambudda Lounge in San Francisco

White Russian

1 oz. Vodka 1 oz. Coffee liqueur (Kahlua) 1/2 oz. Cream Build in a rocks glass with ice. Float cream on top. (Note: This is the same thing as a Black Russian, except with the addition of the float of cream.)

Lemon Drop

1 1/2 ounces citron vodka 3/4 ounce lemon juice 1 teaspoon sugar Shake with ice. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Kangaroo

1 1/2 ounces Vodka 1/2 ounce dry Vermouth Stir with ice. Strain into a chillled cocktial glass. Garnish with a lemon zest

Kamikaze

1 1/2 ounces vodka 1 ounce triple sec 1 ounce lime juice Stir all the ingredients with ice. Strain into a chillled tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a lime twist.

Harrington
