3/4 ounce Gin
3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth
3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
1 dash Campari
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist and cherry.
Tango
1/2 ounce rum
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce Benedictine
1/2 ounce orange juice
Shake with ice. Strain into cocktail glass Garnish with an orange twist.
Tip Top
2 ounces Dry Vermouth
1 splash Benedictine
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Tom Collins
2 ounces gin
1 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
2 ounces soda water
Shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry and orange wheel or a lemon slice.
Trident
1 ounce dry sherry
1 ounce Cynar
1 ounce aquavit
2 dashes peach bitters
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Twentieth Century Cocktail
1 1/2 ounce Gin
3/4 ounce Lillet
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Creme de Cacao (white)
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
