Ramos Gin Fizz
1 1/2 ounces Dry Gin
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Lime Juice
2 Tbs. Cream
1 Egg White (fresh)
1/4 ounce Seltzer Water
1 Tbs. Powdered Sugar
3 to 4 dashes Orange Flower Water
Shake all ingredients -well- with ice for at least one minute (or in a blender). This should result in a fairly foamy consistancy. Strain into a wine glass and top with club soda.
Red Snapper
2 ounces gin
4 ounces tomato juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Celery stalk
Stir with ice in a chilled highball or delmonico glass. Stir in Worcestershire and salt and pepper. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.
Renaissance
2 ounces brandy
1 1/3 ounce sweet vermouth
1/3 ounce lemoncello
2 dashes peach bitters
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Robert Burns
1 1/2 ounces Scotch Whiskey
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash Pernod
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Rob Roy
1 1/4 oz. Scotch Whiskey
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
Lemon twist
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Rosita
1 ounce Tequila
1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
1/2 ounce Campari
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Rusty Nail
1 1/2 ounces scotch whiskey
1/2 ounce Drambuie
Stir with ice. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice.
Rosita Kiss
4 ounces Sho Chiku Bai unfiltered nigori sake
2 ounces strawberry nectar
Shake sake and strawberry nectarwith ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Rum and Coke
2 ounces rum
4 ounces cola
lime wedge
Pour over ice into a tumbler. Add a generous squeeze of lime, and then add the rind as a garnish.

1 Part Vodka
1 Part Sour Apple Liqueur
1 Part Cranberry Juice
1 Garnish Apple Slices
Add all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into 2 well chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a thin apple slice.
Russian Qualude

Dry Rob Roy
1 1/4 oz. Scotch whisky
1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
