1/2 ounce Chartreuse
dash orange bitters
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

1 1/2 ounce brandy
1 ounce cream
1 ounce creme de cacao (brown)
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Algonquin
2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce dry vermouth,
1 ounce pineapple juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Americano
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
soda water
Pour Campari and sweet vermouth into highball glass filled with ice and stir. Top with soda water and garnish with an orange wedge or twist of lemon.
Aviation
2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
1/4 ounce lemon juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Angel Martini
3 Parts Vodka
1 Parts Frangelico Hazelnut Liquor
Serves 2
Add all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice.
Shake and strain into 2 well chilled martini glasses.
