Palm Beach Special

2 ounces Gin
1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1/2 ounce Grapefruit Juice.

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Parisian

1 1/2 ounce gin
1 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce Creme de Casis.

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass Garnish with a lemon twist

Park Avenue

3 ounces gin
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1/2 ounce orange curacao.

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Pegu

2 ounces gin
1 ounce orange curacao
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters.

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Pimm’s Cup

2 ounces Pimm’s Number One
3 ounces ginger ale
Cucumber.

Pour Pimm’s into pint glass; fill with ice. Top with chilled ginger ale. Garnish with slice of lemon and a slice of cucumber.

Pink Gin

1 1/2 ounces gin
3 or 4 dashes Angostura bitters.

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Another way to make this is to swirl a splash of bitters in a cocktail glass. Shake, or flick, the bitters out and pour the gin into the glass. You can also add water to taste or serve on the rocks.

Pink Lady

1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce Applejack
3/4 ounce lemon juice
splash grenadine
1 egg white.

Shake with ice. Strain into wine glass.

Pisco Sour

2 ounces Pisco
1 ounce Lime Juice
1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
1/2 Egg White
1 dash Angostura Bitters.

Shake hard with ice. Strain into a Champagne Flute

Planters Punch

1 1/2 ounces white rum
3/4 ounce lemon juice
Dash orange juice.

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon.

Poet’s Dream

3/4 ounce Gin
3/4 ounce Dry Vermouth
3/4 ounce Benedictine.

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Port Wine Cocktail

2 ounces ruby port
Dash brandy.

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Presidente

1 1/2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 dash grenadine.

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a orange twist.

Pink Sake Colada

4 ounces Sho Chiku Bai nigori sake
1 1/2 ounces of pineapple juice
1 1/2 cranberry juice
1 wedge of lime

Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Purple Rain

2 ounces Otokoyama junmai sake
1/2 ounce vodka
Splash of lime juice
1/2 ounce Tuaca liquer
1/2 ounce Chambord

Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass.

Pomeranian

2 ounces pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon sugar
5 ounces Meibo sake
2 limes

Muddle limes in a glass with ice. Transfer to shaker and mix in rest of ingredients and shake. Serve on the rocks or straight up in martini glass. Garnish with rose petal, lime twist or pomegranate seeds.

Purple Hooter Martini

3 Parts Vodka
1 Splash Chambord Raspberry Liquor
1 Splash Sweet & Sour Mix
1 Drop Lemon Juice
1 Dash Extra Dry Vermouth

Add all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into 2 well chilled martini glasses.

Pear Martini

2 Parts Vodka
1 Part Perle de Brillet Pear Liqueur
a half pear
a red apple wedge

Add all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into 2 well chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a red apple wedge and a half pear.

Pink Squirrel

1 oz cr?me de cacao
1 oz cr?me de noyaux
1 oz heavy cream

Shake with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve in a cocktail glass.
