Gibson
2 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail onion.
Gimlet
2 1/4 ounces gin
3/4 ounces Rose’s lime juice
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Primary spirits like tequila, rum, and even vodka may be substituted for the gin.
Goat’s Delight
1 3/4 ounce kirschwasser
1 3/4 ounce brandy
splash orgeat syrup
splash cream
splash pastis
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Golden Dawn
3/4 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce orange juice
1 Tablespoon cream
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Gotham
1/2 teaspoon Pernod (or Absinthe Substitute)
3 dashes peach bitters
3 ounces brandy
Coat a chilled old fashioned glass with Pernod, then add the peach bitters, and brandy. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Grape Nehi
1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Chambord
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Guadalajara
2 ounces Tequila
1 ounce Dry Vermouth
1/2 ounce Benedictine
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist.
Gin and Tonic
2 oz Gin
5 oz Tonic Water
Lime Peel.
Shake both the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime peel.
Ginger Sake Martini
3 parts Sho Chiku Bai sake
splash of triple sec
Splash of pickled ginger juice
Shake with ice and strain into martini glasses containing paper-thin slices of pickled blond ginger.
Guavapolitan
1 oz Skyy Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1oz Guava juice
Squeeze of lime
Shake in cocktail shaker and serve up in a chilled glass.

Gin Fizz
2 measures/3 tbsp gin
juice of half a large lemon
5ml/1 tsp superfine sugar
soda water
Shake gin, juice, and sugar with ice until the sugar is disolved. Pour into a frosted, tall glass half-filled with ice. and top off with soda.
Add two straws.
Gin Swizzle
2 measures/3 tbsp gin
1/4 measure/ 1 tsp sugar syrup
juice of a lime
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Beat all the ingredients together (as if you were making an omelette) ina large container with ice. When the mixture is foaming strain it into a tall glass.
Gin Sling
2 measures/ 3 tbsp gin
juice of half a lemmon
5ml/1 tsp sugar
dash of Angostura bitters
still mineral water
Mix all ingredients (except water) ina tumbler with plenty of ice. When sugar is dissolved top up the glass with mineral water form the refrigerator. Add lemon twist and straws.
Gin Cocktail
2 measures/3 tbsp gin
5 dashes orange bitters
Shake ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
