take a shot glass and layer equal parts of:

soda

fill rocks glass half full (or less)
pour Bombay Sapphire gin up 3/4 full
add a large splash of Lakewood Organics Pomegranate Juice
add small splash of grapefruit juice
mix and enjoy!

Fu Manchu
1.5 oz. Jamaican rum (light or white)
.5 oz. Triple Sec
.5 oz. Green Creme De Menthe
.5 oz. lime juice
shaken & served on the rocks.
Torani creme de menthe syrup can also be used. There are some recipe variations.
The concoction should be a toxic green like the eyes of the arch-villain created by author Sax Rohmer.

Dirty Banana
1 part kahlua
1 part creme de cocao
2 parts banana liquer
2 parts cream.
Place in blender with ice and a banana. Blend well. For higher
alcohol content add 1 part vodka. Best served poolside.

Gin Cocktail
2 measures/3 tbsp gin
5 dashes orange bitters
Shake ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Gin Sling
2 measures/ 3 tbsp gin
juice of half a lemmon
5ml/1 tsp sugar
dash of Angostura bitters
still mineral water
Mix all ingredients (except water) ina tumbler with plenty of ice. When sugar is dissolved top up the glass with mineral water form the refrigerator. Add lemon twist and straws.
Gin Swizzle
2 measures/3 tbsp gin
1/4 measure/ 1 tsp sugar syrup
juice of a lime
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Beat all the ingredients together (as if you were making an omelette) ina large container with ice. When the mixture is foaming strain it into a tall glass.
Gin Fizz
2 measures/3 tbsp gin
juice of half a large lemon
5ml/1 tsp superfine sugar
soda water
Shake gin, juice, and sugar with ice until the sugar is disolved. Pour into a frosted, tall glass half-filled with ice. and top off with soda.
Add two straws.
Chocolate Martini
1 oz T?ri vodka
1 oz vanilla flavored vodka
1 oz white cr?me de cacao
1 splash chocolate liqueur
Cocoa powder the rim of a cocktail glass. Mix ingredients in a shaker over ice, strain into glass. Drop a small piece of chocolate and add a splash of the liqueur. Serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with chocolate.
Bellini
4 oz prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
1 oz simple syrup
4 white peaches
Peel and puree the white peaches; mix nectar with simple syrup. Strain through coarse cheesecloth; refrigerate until chilled. Pour 1 ounce of puree into a frosted champagne flute; top with prosecco. Serve in a flute glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Pink Squirrel
1 oz cr?me de cacao
1 oz cr?me de noyaux
1 oz heavy cream
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve in a cocktail glass.
Vegas Lemon Drop
2 Parts Absolut Citron
1 Part Triple Sec
1 Part Lime Juice
Add all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into 2 well chilled martini glasses. Use Lemon slice to wet the rim of the glass, and dip it into white sugar until coated.
Sour Apple Martini
2 Parts Sour Apple Pucker
2 Parts Ketel One Vodka
1 Part Cointreau Orange Liqueur
1 Lemon Twist, or Cherry
Stir gently. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist, or Cherry
