I find myself on the first day of the winter break from work. So lately I’ve been on a personal mission to crank out as many speed paintings as I can.  This last one was inspired by the film: Dr. Strangelove and took me about 4 hours from start to finish. I’m really proud of this one.

I spent half of my Thanksgiving holiday watching the attacks on Mumbai unfold. I was sad for all the pointless loss of life but most of all I was ANGRY. Angry as hell for unheeded warnings, angry for defiling one of my favorite cities in the world, and angry that Pakistan refuses to keep these groups in check. Mumbai is a resilient city and will be to its vibrant self soon. Much respect to the security forces who took out those bastards and freed the hostages.
