1 1/2 ounces tequila 3/4 ounce creme de cassis 1/2 ounce lime juice ginger ale Shake tequila, cassis, and lime juice with ice. Strain into a collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Kir Royale

5 ounces champagne 1/4 ounce creme de cassis Fill flute with champagne and add then add the Creme de Cassis. Garnish with a lemon twist.
