1 1/4 oz. whiskey (bourbon) 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth Cherry Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. You can also use rye instead of bourbon. (optional: 1 dash of Angostura bitters)

2 ounces rye whiskey 1 ounce dry vermouth, 1 ounce pineapple juice Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

1 1/4 oz. Scotch whisky 1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth Lemon twist Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

1 oz. Scotch fill: 1/2 Sweet/Sour 1/2 Soda Cherry & Lime Build in a tumbler glass with ice.

1 oz scotch 1 oz sweet vermouth 1 oz cherry heering 1 oz fresh orange juice Shake with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 1/4 oz. Scotch Whiskey 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth 2 dashes Angostura bitters. Lemon twist Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

1 1/2 ounces scotch whiskey 1/2 ounce Drambuie Stir with ice. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice.
