3/4 ounce rye whiskey 3/4 ounce brandy 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth splash Benedictine dash Peychaud bitters dash Angostura bitters Build, over ice, in a rocks glass.
2 ounces gin 1 ounce cherry brandy 1 ounce benedictine 1 ounce lemon juice 2 dashes of orange bitters 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled tumbler or collins glass. Fill with soda water
1 1/2 ounce gin 1/2 ounce cherry brandy 1/4 ounce Cointreau 1/4 ounce Benedictine 4 ounces pineapple juice 1/2 ounce lime juice, dash bitters Shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled collins glass. Garnish with cherry and slice of pineapple.
1 ounce gin 1/2 ounce brandy 1/2 ounce dry vermouth 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth 1 dash orange bitters Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
