Milk Punch

4 ounces bourbon whiskey 4 ounces milk 1/2 teaspoon dark rum 1 tablespoon simple syrup Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled 10-ounce highball glass. Dust with nutmeg.

Manhattan

1 1/4 oz. whiskey (bourbon) 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth Cherry Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. You can also use rye instead of bourbon. (optional: 1 dash of Angostura bitters)

Eastern Sour

2 ounces bourbon whiskey 1 1/2 ounce orange juice 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice 1/4 ounce orgeat syrup (almond syrup) 1/4 ounce simple syrup Shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled tumbler. Garnish with spent shell of lime. by Trader Vic

2 ounces bourbon whiskey 1/4 ounce Benedictine 1 dash Angostura bitters Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Commodore

2 ounces bourbon whiskey 3/4 ounce white creme de cacao 1/2 ounce lemon juice 1 dash grenadine Shake with ice. Strain into champagne flute.
