Red Apple Martini

1 Part Vodka
1 Part Sour Apple Liqueur
1 Part Cranberry Juice
1 Garnish Apple Slices

Add all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into 2 well chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a thin apple slice.

Lemondrop Martini

4 ounces of Absolut Citron vodka.
1/2 teaspoon of dry vermouth.
Lemon Twist cocktail candy (yes, you can get this here).
1 lemon twist.
1 thin lemon slice.
1 teaspoon Limoncello.

Rim your frozen martini glass with Lemon Twist cocktail candy and place back in the freezer until called for. Pour your vodka, vermouth and Limoncello into a shaker 3/4 full of ice. Energetic shakes (no stirring option on this one). Retrieve your martini glass and strain your elixir into it. Slit your lemon slice half way and slip it on to the rim of the glass. Add your lemon twist.

Lemon Drop

1 1/2 ounces citron vodka
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar

Shake with ice. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.


1 oz Skyy Vodka
1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
1oz Guava juice
Squeeze of lime

Shake in cocktail shaker and serve up in a chilled glass.

White Russian

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
1/2 oz. Cream

Build in a rocks glass with ice. Float cream on top.
(Note: This is the same thing as a Black Russian, except with the addition of the float of cream.)

Lemon Drop

1 1/2 ounces citron vodka
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar

Shake with ice. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.


1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce lime juice

Stir all the ingredients with ice. Strain into a chillled tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a lime twist.


1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/4 ounce Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
1/8 ounce Chartreuse

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Twist an orange zest over the drink and then float zest in drink. Created by: Paul Harrington


2 ounces vodka
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce Cointreau or Triple Sec
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Optional: Before pouring the drink, you can moisten the rim of the glass with lime, then coat with sugar. Some people also add finely grated zest of orange to the sugar used to coat the glass with. A dash of Orange Bitters also works really well with this cocktail.


1 ounce vodka
4 ounces tomato-clam juice (aka Clamato juice)
Pinch of salt and pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 dashes horseradish
Celery salt
Celery stalk

Shake ingredients with ice. Coat rim of a highball or delmonico glass with celery salt, and then fill with ice. Strain mixture into glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.

Vieux Carre

3/4 ounce rye whiskey
3/4 ounce brandy
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
splash Benedictine
dash Peychaud bitters
dash Angostura bitters

Build, over ice, in a rocks glass.


1 ounce Canadian Whiskey
1 ounce dry vermouth
1/4 ounce lemon juice
Dash of grenadine
Dash of orange bitters

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Old Fashioned

1/2 orange slice
1 cube sugar
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 ounces rye or bourbon whiskey

Muddle orange, sugar, bitters together until the sugar is mostly dissolved. Fill glass with ice, then add the whiskey. Garnish with a marachino cherry, and perhaps an additional orange slice. Serve with a swizzle stick and/or straw.


1 1/4 oz. whiskey (bourbon)
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. You can also use rye instead of bourbon.
(optional: 1 dash of Angostura bitters)
