Red Snapper

2 ounces gin
4 ounces tomato juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Celery stalk

Stir with ice in a chilled highball or delmonico glass. Stir in Worcestershire and salt and pepper. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.
